The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Prompto does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
